Rachel has been teaching yoga since 2019 after gaining over 500 hours of training in the UK and India. She’s passionate about the healing potential of yoga and focuses on fun, creative sequencing combined with mindfulness techniques. The emphasis on mindfulness encourages students to make the practice as nourishing as possible and serves a reminder to be more present on and off the mat.
Rachel teaches ashtanga vinyasa flow, yoga therapy and yoga nidra and has been trained at Yoga London, Vedansha School of Vedic Medicine, The Minded Institute and Amrit Yoga Institute. She’s also an Ayurvedic Nutritionist which places an emphasis on finding balance by following the seasonal cycles of the earth. The greatest lesson Rachel has learnt from yoga is that inner peace can be found from turning inwards and she hopes to share this with her students.
