Alexandra Kafka is the founder and CEO of Oxyzn, a renowned well-being speaker, and a corporate well-being architect. Her mission is to elevate employee well-being through B2B initiatives, offering bespoke well-being programes for corporations, as well as her signature detox retreates and immersive well-being experiences for HNWIs and UHNWIs.

In 2018, after overcoming personal burnout and resigning from her succesful career, she embarked on a transformativetwo-year journeyacross 34 countries with the mission to unlock sustainable high performance through evidance-based well-being tools.
