All sessions are customizable in content, level of interactivity and length, ranging from 30-90 minute sessions to half and multi-day workshops.
Baiba worked with FTSE100 and NYSE listed corporates, Tech start-ups, public sector, and government institutions. The key strategic initiatives she has been involved in have been related to People, Workplace Culture, Leadership Development, Sustainability and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
